Nicole Wolter, president and CEO of HM Manufacturing in Wauconda, Illinois stands with some of her employees on the factory floor. Founded in 1979, HM makes power transmission components for a variety of industries. Now being led by the second generation of Wolter’s, Nicole is also a recent STEP Award winner and a member of the NAM’s board of directors.
